Greek white medium grain rice, mainly grown in the deltas of the rivers Sperchios and Acheloos. It has the perfect consistency for use in stuffed food recipes, such as the traditional Greek "Gemista" (stuffed tomatoes and peppers) or "Dolmades" (stuffed vine leaves).
