Honey Mastiha Lemonade Cocktail

A unique and aromatic twist on the classic Mastiha Lemonade recipe.

Honey Mastiha Lemonade Cocktail


  • 1.5 oz Mastiha Liqueur
  • 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz honey syrup (made by mixing equal parts honey and hot water until dissolved)
  • Soda water (club soda) to top up
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slice for garnish
  • Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish


  1. Fill a short glass (such as an old-fashioned or rocks glass) with ice cubes.

  2. Add 1.5 ounces of Mastiha liqueur to the glass.

  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon (about 0.75 ounces) and add it to the glass.

  4. To make the honey syrup, mix equal parts honey and hot water until the honey is completely dissolved. Add 0.25 ounces of honey syrup to the glass.

  5. Top up the glass with soda water (club soda) to your preferred level, usually about 1.5 to 2 ounces. Adjust to your taste.

  6. Give the cocktail a gentle stir to mix in the ingredients.

  7. Garnish your Honey Mastiha Lemonade Cocktail with a lemon slice and a fresh rosemary sprig. You can lightly bruise the rosemary sprig between your fingers to release its aroma.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Mastiha cocktail!
