Honey Mastiha Lemonade Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Mastiha Liqueur
- 0.75 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 0.25 oz honey syrup (made by mixing equal parts honey and hot water until dissolved)
- Soda water (club soda) to top up
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slice for garnish
- Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions:

Fill a short glass (such as an old-fashioned or rocks glass) with ice cubes.

Add 1.5 ounces of Mastiha liqueur to the glass.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon (about 0.75 ounces) and add it to the glass.

To make the honey syrup, mix equal parts honey and hot water until the honey is completely dissolved. Add 0.25 ounces of honey syrup to the glass.

Top up the glass with soda water (club soda) to your preferred level, usually about 1.5 to 2 ounces. Adjust to your taste.
