Olive Pomace Oil 'Sparta' 3L

Sparta Olive Pomace Oil is comprised exclusively of oils obtained by processing olive pomace and oils obtained directly from olives. It is derived from select olives which are cultivated in the sun-drenched Mediterranean olive groves.  This oil is refined and blended with extra virgin olive oil which yields a smooth flavor with a hint of olive overtones. Olive Pomace Oil is ideal for stir-frying, basting, deep frying, and is a great substitute for shortening.
