Greek Feta Ziria - Sheep's and goat's milk 200gr Soft cheese with a slightly salty and sour taste that is stored in brine after being placed in wooden barrels or tins. Feta is a cheese of PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) and is made from a mix of sheep (min 70%) and goat's (max 30%) milk. Feta is valuable for our body as it contains proteins and calcium.  This feta is made with sheep & goat rennet.
